Yearning, Longing

What emotion does your character evoke in others?

He is a little offputting, as he has no nose and 9 fingers. He strives to be a good guy, but his face is just downright creepy. His tinder is unsurprisingly quiet.

What does your character need most?

Fiyo has two strong desires: to find love, and to reach Fiyatlas, the underwater kingdom after which he was named.

What are your character's goal in life? What motivates your character?

Fiyo just wants to fill the whole in his heart left by not being able to be with his mother, a human, and by being abandoned by his fish father.

What should we immediately understand about this character? How will you convey that?

Fiyo lost a finger to a shark as a child, and his nose was plucked right off his face by an unwitting fisherman. These physical hardships coupled with his emotional trauma have forged Fiyo into a tough and determined man.
